Lift

The effects of sunlight, smoking, and the stress of daily life, combined with aging, and hormone deprivation in women during menopause, gradually mark the face and neck. Not everyone ages the same way: thin skins don’t sag, but they wrinkle, unlike thick skins will collapse, attracted by gravity.

There are three kinds of lifts:
The superficial lift, under the skin
this is the standard lift, it smoothes the face while keeping the old contours, it often gives a strange, atrophied look, which can last a long time

The submuscular lift
it enables reduction of excess sagging skin and tightening of facial muscles,restoring volume to the face, by raising the cheekbones, by shortening the lower eyelids, filling them. It tenses up the sagging skin under the chin and makes the jowls disappear. Its advantage is that it reconstructs the volumes, making the face look naturally younger and givies a long lasting result (10 years),however the effect of aging and gravity continue and you may desire another face lift.

We do not age at the same time on the forehead, the cheeks and the neck.
In fact, the first signs of aging appear around the age of 30 to 40 on the forehead, with lowering of the eyebrows giving the eyes a stern, sad look. Aging then occurs on the cheeks and then on the neck, which becomes slack, flaccid, or infiltrated with fat. The lift can therefore be either complete, if all three stages have aged, or partial, if only one stage has aged.
Today, a third of the patients are between 30 and 50 years old, and are attentive to the first signs of aging. Currently, thanks to the various lifting techniques availables, they can be offered a tailored rejuvenation that will look natural to their friends and relatives, and that will correct only the relevant stage.

Breast Augmentation

Insertion of silicone or saline filled implant,above or below the muscle,is the only way to enlarge the size of these small, hormone insensitive, breasts. Their purpose is not always to undress, but also to dress better. Under good and stable conditions, i.e. when the breast does not sag, when the skin is thick, when the thorax is flat, this procedure yields excellent results.

Breast Réduction

Women are handicapped by these large breasts, which are difficult to carry, give the body a heavy contour, and make it uncomfortable to undress or to exercise. At 18, they can carry large breasts without suffering back pain, but at 30-35 the pain starts and the older they get, the heavier it gets and the more difficult to bear. As a rule, one should wait until the breasts are fully developed, a few years after the first menstruation. However, when the hypertrophy hinders activities and causes a loss of self-confidence, the procedure may have to be performed at an earlier stage, but there is always a risk of relapse. Breast liposuction alone is only for moderate hypertrophies, with a fairly elastic skin, and non-ptotic, essentially fatty breasts (as confirmed by mammography). Breast Lift or Mastopexy

The breast once round anr firm,becomes flat droopy,the nipple is no longer at the center of the breast (the nipple should be at a 5-6 cm distance from the inframammary crease), it lpoints downward,even positioned below the breast crease, the breast is empty, the areola wide, the skin stretchmarked, you need a breast lift to restaure a natural and youthfull shape.
To raise and reshape a sagging breast, the nipple/areola complex must be raised. This is done by reducing excess skin, creating either a simple vertical scar, or an inverted-L-shaped scar.
If the breast is pendulous with a lack of volume, the nipple is raised by breast lifting and the volume and firmness are restaured by a breast implant. Sometimes, when the nipple isn’t too low, it can be repositioned in the middle of the breast by simply lowering the inframammary crease, but by no more than 2 or 3 cm. The center of the implant will therefore be located exactly behind the nipple.

Liposuction: Reduction and contouring

Removal fat through suction. Liposuction is the most frequently requested and performed procedure. After infusing the treated area with fluid sterile saline,plumping the adipocyte to facilitate fat removal,for safer suctioning,the body is sculpted,shaped with precision with thin cannulas,with the manual suction of a syringe,small incisions producing minor scars that have little or no effect, and the body contour is harmonized, by erasing well-localized bulges (tummy, hips,flanks, buttocks, inner and outer thighs, knees, ankles, legs, arms, neck).Immediate compression garment is applied to reduce swelling and help the skin conform to the new contours.
