La chirurgie de la main
Hand surgery is included in plastic surgery. Therefore, it is quite logical to find both specialties combined.
Traumatic Hand
Sequellar post-traumatic hand
Rheumatic Hand
Nerve clinic: open endoscopic carpal tunnel release, elbow ulnar, radial nerve

Microsurgery
Microsurgery uses optical magnification means (10X to 40X) which enable the suture of vessels in the range of µ millimeters in diameter, using suture threads that are 4 to 6 times finer than a hair.
Microsurgery has entered a wide variety of fields, but it is mostly in plastic surgery, and particularly in hand surgery, that this technique has developed most significantly, not only in emergency surgery but also in secondary reconstructive surgery.
In the emergency room, microsurgery has become an almost daily weapon. Besides the spectacular act of reimplanting a limb or a finger, more prosaically it enables the repair of vessels, arteries or veins, which have been injured in complex traumas.
In secondary surgery, microsurgery enables daring and elegant reconstructions, in a single procedure, by allowing the transfer of tissue from one place to another: skin, muscle, bone, for example, transferring a toe to reconstruct an amputed thumb.
